It’s Never Too Late to Choose Commitment Over Excuses — Ironman Triathlete Ed Wolfgram’s Story

This is the story of an average guy, not unlike you and me. This 48-year-old, when he saw many of his colleagues were succumbing to serious health problems, decided to do something to ensure that there was next. Not content to just cross our fingers and hope that the heart conditions, diabetes and knee appeared to be increasingly common, but not referred to his life, took a hurry.

This, however, is not running! Running is not just one of many options that could have done to improve their health and reduce their risk of being beaten by a condition of unwanted disease. This is about more than opt for excuses, but the realization that it is never too late to completely transform one’s life from ordinary to extraordinary – from mere survival to thriving!

Wanting to regain robust health, Ed Wolfgram, 48, rose by an extra early morning, like 5:00 a.m. early to go for initial operation. He made it about half a block. * To qualify for Kona in 2008 (described below), a 75-year-old, Ed had to complete the Ironman in Louisville, with its rolling hills while enduring temperatures of 90 degrees and high humidity

Due to its exceptional level of competence developed over the years, Ed was able to manage their health setbacks much more easily than most. On the day of his more open-heart surgery, for example, ran one and a half miles to the hospital. In addition, its rapid recovery from surgery in the morning surprised his cardiologist, who had not seen anyone at any age heal so fast, but that included getting out of bed in the afternoon, walking the next day, a hospital stay about 3 days, and return one to the execution of only two weeks later.
